The jacket is designed to provide comfortable warmth without the excessive bulk associated with traditional winter clothing. It remains lightweight and flexible for use throughout much of the year, while additional layers can be worn underneath during more extreme cold.

The Vass-Tex 220 material is waterproof to a hydrostatic-head rating of 12,000mm and is also windproof. Welded seams provide additional strength and waterproof reliability, while Rapid Dissipate Technology helps disperse internal body moisture.

The jacket has two external hand pockets secured with reversed-direction YKK zips for improved comfort when resting the hands or wrists inside. An internal left chest pocket with a YKK zip is also included and is suitable for storing a smartphone or other small personal items.

The storm hood features an elastic cord with toggle-stop adjustment and an additional rear flap for changing the peak position. The jacket also includes elasticated cuffs with adjustable flaps and lower-hem drawcords on both sides.

Yes. Reflective logos are positioned on the arms, shoulders and back to help improve the wearer’s visibility and safety when fishing at night or in low-light conditions.

No. The fixed Vass waterproof coating does not require reproofing. The material is also quick drying, machine washable, saltwater resistant and easy to wipe clean. The Grey/Black Edition is available in sizes Small through to 3XL.

Quick drying! The Vass-Tex 220 outer doesn’t hold water during prolonged wet conditions, so remains lightweight. Water simply runs off!
NO Reproofing required to retain its waterproof performance
NO Chemical PTFE Repellent Finish used in this garment. Therefore, NO PTFE chemical leakage into the environments/water. Better for the environment!

Vass waterproof coating ‘Does Not’ need reproofing like many garments on the market as it’s a fixed waterproof coating!
