The bib and brace has a winter lining designed to provide warmth and comfort without the bulk normally associated with winter waterproof clothing. It remains lightweight and flexible, allowing it to be worn through most conditions during the year, with additional layers added during more extreme cold.

The Vass-Tex 220 material has a hydrostatic-head rating of 12,000mm and is also windproof. Welded seams provide additional strength, waterproof protection and reliability in prolonged wet conditions.

Rapid Dissipate Technology helps disperse internal body moisture. This is designed to improve comfort while the bib and brace is being worn during active fishing or changing weather conditions.

The knees feature double-layer pocket reinforcement for improved strength and durability. The reinforced sections also have pockets that can accommodate generic knee pads, although the knee pads are not included.

The bib and brace includes an internal chest pocket secured with a YKK zip, elasticated braces with quick-release buckles and ankle-adjustment straps. It also has an increased upper design for improved chest coverage.

No. The Vass-Tex 220 outer material does not hold water during prolonged wet conditions. Water runs off the surface, helping the garment remain lightweight and dry quickly.

No. The garment uses a fixed waterproof coating that does not require reproofing to retain its waterproof performance. It is also manufactured without a chemical PTFE-repellent finish, helping prevent PTFE leakage into the surrounding environment and water.

Yes. The Team Vass 220 Winter Bib & Brace is resistant to salt water, machine washable and manufactured from easy-repair material. The Khaki Edition is available in sizes Small through to 3XL.

Vass waterproof coating ‘Does Not’ need reproofing like many garments on the market as it’s a fixed waterproof coating!
